Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a next-generation data and AI platform built on AWS. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI—focused on delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that improve how modern data platforms are operated and optimized.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from defining the vision and roadmap to driving go-to-market execution and customer adoption through AWS Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap
• Define and prioritize features across observability, automation, and optimization capabilities
• Align roadmap with customer needs, AWS ecosystem trends, and business goals
• Drive product strategy
• Shape the long-term vision for a data + AI platform focused on operational intelligence
• Identify opportunities to expand into AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows
• Lead product documentation & positioning
• Create clear, compelling product documentation, solution narratives, and use cases
• Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-facing value
• Own AWS Marketplace presence
• Drive listing strategy, packaging, and pricing
• Optimize product positioning and conversion within AWS Marketplace
• Partner with AWS teams to increase visibility and co-sell opportunities
• Work cross-functionally
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and cloud teams to deliver features
• Partner with sales and marketing to support campaigns and customer engagement
• Drive adoption and usage
• Define success metrics and track product performance
• Gather customer feedback and iterate quickly to improve adoption and retention
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in data platforms, SaaS, or cloud-based products
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks (data warehouses, lakehouses, pipelines)
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and analytics tooling
• Experience with observability, monitoring, or AIOps is a strong plus
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch and scale adoption
• Experience working with AWS Marketplace or cloud marketplaces is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and business audiences
Nice to Have
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or intelligent automation
• Experience with usage-based pricing or cloud-native product models
• Background in data engineering or solutions architecture
