Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, reporting, documentation, and process management activities across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers, possess strong follow-up skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities, workflows, and business processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain operational trackers, spreadsheets, reports, and KPI dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports with accurate and complete data
- Create, organize, and update operational documentation, records, and SOPs
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, meeting notes, and action items
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending tasks
- Support onboarding, operational setup, internal records, and administrative requests
- Maintain shared repositories and ensure documentation is easy to access and up to date
- Identify process gaps and support improvements to increase operational efficiency
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, PMO Support, Administration, Business Operations, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with project or task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
- Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and operational documentation
- Prior experience in startup, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with process management and operational workflows
- Exposure to KPI reporting, dashboards, or business operations reviews
