We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our US-based team. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between US clients, internal sales, and offshore development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality, cloud-based software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between US clients, sales teams, and offshore engineering teams
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum (planning, sprints, backlog, retrospectives)
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define scope, architecture, and constraints
- Collaborate with sales to create accurate estimates, timelines, and proposals
- Run daily stand-ups with offshore teams and resolve blockers proactively
- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and client expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cloud and technical decisions
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong hands-on understanding of AWS (mandatory)
- (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, cloud architecture concepts)
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional, cross-cultural teams across time zones
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience using Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
- Experience working with offshore teams (India preferred)
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
- Exposure to cloud-native, SaaS, or AI/ML projects
