Role Overview
The Client Delivery Lead (CDL) is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of client projects while maintaining strong technical quality and clear client communication.
This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and client engagement. The ideal candidate has worked in a consulting environment and has led delivery for AWS-based cloud, AI, or data projects.
This is not a purely administrative project management role. The CDL must understand cloud architectures, data pipelines, and modern application development to effectively guide project delivery and manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical delivery lead for client projects
- Work closely with US-based clients, internal leadership, and offshore engineering teams
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during project delivery
- Lead technical discovery and solution discussions with customers
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and execution remains on track
- Support pre-sales and proposal development with technical insights and delivery planning
- Track project timeline, scope, risks, and milestones
- Proactively communicate delivery progress and risks with both clients and internal teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical, security, and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 4–7 years of experience in technical delivery roles such as Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager
- AWS Certification (Associate level or higher)
- Experience working in a consulting or client services environment
- Strong client-facing experience leading technical discussions
- Experience delivering cloud-native, AI, SaaS, or data platform projects
AWS Technical Experience Candidates should have experience delivering solutions using:

- Amazon EC2, Amazon ECS, or Amazon EKS
- Amazon CloudWatch
Data Platform
- AWS Glue
- Amazon Athena
- Amazon Redshift
- Data lake architectures
- Streaming pipelines (Amazon Kinesis or similar)
AI / ML
- Amazon SageMaker
- Amazon Bedrock
- Amazon OpenSearch or vector search
Strong understanding of:
- Data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Cloud-native application architectures
- API-driven systems
- Amazon CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
